They Slap You Like A Bitch and You Take It Like A Whore; Basically, My Exploits Downtown
[Current Mood: yay.] [Currently Listening To: Paralyzer - Finger Eleven]
So, seeing as my last entry was April 8th (wow, that was WEEKS ago,) I have quite a bit to type about. First was Saturday from two weekends ago. Basically, there was a band playing that my friend really likes so she asked me if I wanted to go with her and I said sure because 1 - she had no one else to go with and 2 - I figured it would be fun.
Which it was.
The club where it was being held was really nice and we got like nearly right up to the front! (Which also happened to be right next to the speakers...but I'll get to that in a second...)
After the show we got pictures too, which was hardcore.
And then the night was over.
And because my luck OWNS, the next day (Sunday,) I had to go to work. And my ears were still ringing like crazy, cuz, like I mentioned, we were right there. Plus my minor cold had gotten worse because of certain...incidents from Friday which involved cold weather, walking up and down the same street about 20 times, standing next to the same door for more then an hour and some pretty good butter chicken.
But I won't get into that.
Anyway, so basically my day at work sucked. But moving on...
On Monday my same friend/"concert buddy" told me about another show "next Friday" and if I wanted to go. I told her I would if I wasn't working. And, for once, my luck was actually good.
I ended up not being scheduled, so I went. Yesterday. Me, her and another one of our friends.
'Needless to say', we had a blast. And it was more fun with all three of us, just because there were more people, which meant more interesting events and conversations.
The best incident, however, I must say, was the "Sharpie Stealing" incident. That totally made our night LOL. Also, after the concert, we ended up walking around downtown because it was still light enough (the show ended earlier than we thought) and eventually found ourselves in a random mall, where we bought ice cream and added to our fun.
So from now on, the three of us are part of our own official Concert Buddies Club.
Because we'll definitely do it again. Oh yes. -xwhatsernamex

The Attack of the Dust Bunnies...AND The Easter Bunny...
[Current Mood: yay?] [Currently Listening To: We've Got A Big Mess On Our Hands - The Academy Is...]
It's been a while but today. I did something else that I haven't done in ages.
I cleaned my room.
Yep. I'm pretty proud of myself too, because I hate cleaning with a passion, so just the fact that I was able to get through it PLUS re-arranged some furniture is enough cause for celebration.
But honestly, I don't know how my room gets so dusty. It was crazy. Thank God I'm not deathly allergic to dust, or I wouldn't be writing this entry, I'd be dead.
Nothing else is new. Work is as normal as always, and school is just as aggravating. Oh, and I'm anticipating the release of R.A.M. I! Weeee, only a couple more days!!! Hooray for clean-rooms, -xwhatsernamex PS: Happy Easter!

Why What An Interesting Turn Of Events...
[Current Mood: -sigh-] [Currently Listening To: Disenchanted - My Chemical Romance]
Amazingly it's a Saturday and I'm not currently dealing with irritating people hell-bent on the fact that I'm lying to them about not having something in stock. Joy!
However, my current state of work-less-ness doesn't come without of price.
Mainly; two small, aggravating children.
Yes, I'm being forced to watch them.
Aren't I going to have such a fun-filled Saturday night? The excitement is killing me. Really.
On the academic side of things: I'm getting grotesquely bad in first period because I have a really shitty teacher. But everything else seems normal.
That's about it...This is just a short entry to show you all that I'm actually alive.
As for tomorrow, it's back to work. Joy oh joy. -xwhatsernamex
PS: On the agenda for the next little while - spoofing/movie making/t-shirt selling
Oh, AND I'm getting pretty psyched for certain upcoming dates in April and May. Tons of concerts and other stuff happening with friends =D

Books, Weather, Impulse, Hoodies and A World of Annoying People
[Current Mood: A mixture of them, actually] [Currently Listening To: Nita - Pezz]
Happy March Break! Yes, that time of year is among us all. Joy. (And I mean that in the most unsarcastic way possible.) I'm personally thrilled about being away from the school agitations for a whole week, but today's different.
Actually, I'm in a quite 'destructive' mood. And impulsive. Which is really unlike me, I know. I blame being home with the whole family for a long period of time.
Weather-wise, it's great. Today's one of those days where I'd be content sitting on a balcony outside blasting Pezz songs and writing something. It doesn't really matter what I write, just something. Or maybe read. Hmm, that's a good idea too.
Speaking of books, I'm currently reading Generation X by Douglas Coupland. I'll write a longer thing on the book once I finish, but it seems pretty quirky so far. And I mean that in a good way. I like quirky reads.
Oh, and guess where I'm off to today?
A fantastical land of hearing the dramas of an increasingly aggravating teen who's hung-up on a guy she broke up with. Lord help me. I'll put that in my next entry too, unless nothing interesting or completely stupid happens/is exchanged - which I doubt.
On a last note: I attempted to order a MCR hoodie today from the online store. I think/hope it worked, I mean it said it went through and I got an email and everything but I can't help being all "ZOMGZ DID IT WORK?!!!SHIFTONEONEEELEVEEEENNNNN"
'Tis my life today in a nutshell, -xwhatsernamex

[Current Mood: ew.] [Currently Listening To: Nothing]
So, it's Saturday afternoon, I have tons of work to get done and I also happen to be sick. I had to stay home yesterday where I did nothing but sleep for what I think ended up being a total of 24 hours. Weeee!
Thank God I'm not working today or tomorrow...could you imagine me dealing with all those intensely friendly customers when I feel like crap? Now that would be hell.
Hmm, everything else is pretty preppy. Except for my sister, who, get this, drew on the kitchen counter with washable markers and then signed my name. I'll give her this; she's very resourceful and devious. The only problem was that, obviously, our writing looks very different and I obviously wouldn't take it upon myself to write on the counter with markers. But I give her points for trying.
Well that's about all, I'm off to go watch Donnie Darko (because I haven't seen it in a while)/eat watermelon because, for some reason, even when I was younger it was the only thing I could eat when I had strep throat (which was a lot) that didn't taste gross. Hope you have a better weekend then me! -xwhatsernamex PS: Happy March!

Let The Quizing BEGIN!

You are The Empress
Beauty, happiness, pleasure, success, luxury, dissipation.
The Empress is associated with Venus, the feminine planet, so it represents, beauty, charm, pleasure, luxury, and delight. You may be good at home decorating, art or anything to do with making things beautiful.
The Empress is a creator, be it creation of life, of romance, of art or business. While the Magician is the primal spark, the idea made real, and the High Priestess is the one who gives the idea a form, the Empress is the womb where it gestates and grows till it is ready to be born. This is why her symbol is Venus, goddess of beautiful things as well as love. Even so, the Empress is more Demeter, goddess of abundance, then sensual Venus. She is the giver of Earthly gifts, yet at the same time, she can, in anger withhold, as Demeter did when her daughter, Persephone, was kidnapped. In fury and grief, she kept the Earth barren till her child was returned to her.

[Current Mood: -yawn-] [Currently Listening To: Love Like Winter - AFI]
I should be doing something else right now but, oh well: blogging takes top priority. Hmm, everything's been pretty chill since my last entry. Except that, as always, my school is run by a bunch of idiots too high off their overdoses on prescription meds.
Honestly, do they enjoy making everyone's lives more difficult? There's been more locker "situations" - only not affecting me personally, which is a good thing for them. Rather it happened to few friends of mine who ended up wasting a whole class running around to the office and back trying to solve it.
Oh, and apparently they [the office] thought it would be a grand idea to fuck up everyone's lunch, so I won't see a few of my friends for the remainder of the semester because we only get a chance to see each other at lunch.
Ah, I can just see the Facebook groups being made as I type.
Other than said issues noted above...nothing else has been new. Oh, except for the fact that there's an even greater desire for me never to move to a small everyone-knows-everybody's-business town.
-sigh- It's only Wednesday, -xwhatsernamex
PS: Oh, Happy Valentines Day - if you're into that sort of thing...

The BORED Entry - Plus Updates
[Current Mood: -yawn- / -eye roll-] [Currently Listening To: The Press Corpse - Anti-Flag]
Well I'm not really in the mood to update, but I'm bored and I have nothing better to do so here I am. I don't even feel like going into a long rant about that stupid person and that visit happened at the beginning of January.
But just because I've put it off this long, I'll go into summarized detail about it:
I believe that I've already mentioned that she has a boyfriend, and that they broke up for a month and then got back together again. And because she has a boyfriend I find her more entertaining. Even though that's a mean thing to say; it's true. Hell, I'm not even in a relationship at the moment and I'm savvier than she is.
ANYWAY, after that enlightening visit I figured that'd be all I'd hear from her until March.
I was wrong.
See, I have her on my IM list, but she's never online and when she is, she never talks to me. Which I'm more than thrilled about. No, seriously.
Well one night, she logs on at around 9:55-ish. Let me say, for the record, that at the time I was in my own little computer-ized universe - listening to awesome music and reading something online. I was also planning on logging off in 5 minutes so that I could watch CSI: Miami.
So, of course, she just had to talk to me at that time. And to make it even better for me, she had just broken up with lover/wonder-boy. Now, if I actually saved chat logs, I'd post our actual conversation - but I don't so I'm relying on my memory when I say that the conversation went something like this: Her: Hi Me: hello Her: We just broke up Me: *was semi expecting it because up until that point she had his name incorporated into her screen name surrounded with hearts* oh really? Her: Yeah... Her: a couple minutes ago Me: *while silently damning the fact that I'm the first one she's talking to - because she's responded as soon as I say something* wow...you dumped him online?...or did he dump you? Her: neither...We mutually agreed that we'd be better off as friends Me: oh I see And it continued (past 10 I might add - meaning that I was missing some of my show...) with highlights including how her friends were pressuring her to "get physical but [she] couldn't do that" and how she cried for hours alone in her room the last time - when she broke up with him.
As for the whole 'get physical' thing, let the record show that she wouldn't even hold his hand.
And now I apparently have to see her sometime in March. Oh joy.
Oh, and she probably thinks I'm a whore... -xwhatsernamex

"You're Lying For Your Little Kid Now?"
[Current Mood: on edge...] [Currently Listening To: The Saints Are Coming - U2 & Green Day]
 Kids are great, aren't they?
I say that because of my little sister and her little friends. You see, at school yesterday she decided to exchange phone numbers with a couple of her friends. Unfortunately for my sanity, she gave them the right number, and one of the kids has been calling non stop since. I swear, every half hour she calls; She called our house over 10 times since lunch.
And yes, I know they're kids and stuff but Oh. My. God...Doesn't the kid have parents to tell her to put down the bloody phone?
The best though, was once this afternoon, when my sister was getting pissed off at the constant calls too. She told the kid to stop calling because we were going out all afternoon to the first random store name she could think of.
Obviously we didn't go anywhere, but I found her lying humorous.
Anywhere, I'll continue going insane all night while I take a break from studying. I had my first exam today and finished with like, 40 minutes to spare.
Hopefully it's a start of what's to come for my other exams coming up. -xwhatsernamex
PS: I wrote an entry yesterday about my most recent visit with that [un]whore I've been complaining non-stop about since the start of my blog - but it wasn't posted for some reason. Hmmm...guess that means I'll have to write another one.
Here's to a great weekend of endless studying!

[Current Mood: content] [Currently Listening To: She's Got Issues - The Offspring] [Currently Eating: CHOCOLATE!] [Currently Downloading: Death Note Episode 15]
Wow, I haven't updated since New Years - mostly because I've been busy with school/work.
Anyway, tis the season of exams for me. Oh joy! Basically time for me to try to maintain my high marks in some courses, and attempt to bring up my mark in others. For some reason though, I haven't been stressed over my exams. I actually don't care about them. At all. Which is weird because I really should.
I officially kick off my study week soon. Really soon; I'm just a damn procrastinator.
Nothing else has really been going on, except that I've had this huge craving for just plain chocolate all day today and I'm finally eating some, YaY!
Good luck getting through the rest of January - I know February's gonna be completely shitty for me. -xwhatsernamex
PS: Oh, I forgot to include my 'meeting' with her. I'll type it out sometime...
